1. Website purpose

This website presents photography, print options, design assistance and related project services offered by Faizan Rehmatullah Photography. Browsing the site does not create a contract or obligation to purchase.

2. Enquiries, quotations and orders

Prices, availability, production specifications, delivery timing and project scope may vary. A purchase or project is confirmed only when the applicable order, invoice, written quotation or other agreed confirmation is accepted. Any specific terms stated in that confirmation take priority over general information on this website.

3. Artwork and intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, photographs, images, text, design elements and other original content on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify or commercially use the content without permission.

4. Prints, framing and presentation

Photographic prints and finished pieces may be produced to order. Materials, finishes, frame profiles, glazing, mounting methods and other specifications may vary by product or supplier. Screens also display colour and brightness differently, so a physical print may not appear identical to an on-screen preview.

5. Wall-design guidance and mockups

Room mockups, size suggestions, placement concepts and design recommendations are illustrative tools intended to help with decision-making. Perceived scale, colour and appearance can vary with measurements, lighting, camera perspective, screen settings and the finished environment. Final installation decisions remain the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery and installation

Delivery, hanging or installation may be offered for selected locations and projects. Scope, scheduling, site conditions, access requirements and any additional charges will be confirmed separately. You are responsible for providing accurate site information and identifying known restrictions or hazards that could affect delivery or installation.

7. Cancellations, returns and damage

Because some work may be custom, made to order or project-specific, cancellation, return, replacement and damage procedures can depend on the item and stage of production. The terms shown on the applicable quotation, invoice or order confirmation govern. If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the agreed specification, contact Faizan Rehmatullah Photography promptly with photographs and order details so the issue can be reviewed.

8. Third-party services

Printing, framing, shipping, payment processing, hosting or other parts of a project may involve third-party providers. Their own service terms may apply to the portions they provide. Reasonable care is taken in selecting and coordinating providers, but their independent systems and services are outside direct control.

9. Site availability and information

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and available, but content may be updated, corrected, removed or changed without notice. The site may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues or events outside reasonable control.

10. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of the website is limited to direct losses that are reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, subject to any mandatory laws that apply based on the customer or transaction.
