Ordering & prints
How do I order a photograph?+
Orders are handled directly so I can confirm the photograph, size, finish, framing and delivery details before production. Start from an artwork page, the Prints page, or email me with the piece you have in mind.
Are the prices in Canadian dollars?+
Yes. Website prices are in CAD and are shown before HST. Delivery and shipping are quoted separately.
What sizes are available?+
Eight standard sizes are listed on The Prints page, from 8 × 12 inches through 48 × 72 inches. Custom dimensions can also be quoted.
What print finishes are available?+
The five core options are Classic Photograph, Fine Art, Gallery Canvas, Luminous Metal and Gallery Acrylic. Each has a different surface, depth and way of presenting colour and detail.
Which finishes arrive ready to hang?+
Gallery Canvas, Luminous Metal and Gallery Acrylic are offered as finished, framed pieces with hanging systems. Classic Photograph and Fine Art can also be custom framed separately.
Can you help me choose the right finish?+
Yes. The best finish depends on the photograph, room, lighting, scale and the way you want the piece to feel. I can recommend an option once I understand the space.
Can I order a custom size?+
Yes. If one of the standard sizes does not fit the wall or composition, custom dimensions can be quoted.
Wall design
Can I see the photograph on my wall first?+
Yes. Send a clear photo of the wall and approximate dimensions. I can create a realistic mockup so you can compare scale, layout and finish before ordering.
Is the initial wall design free?+
Yes. The initial wall-design direction and mockup are free, with no obligation to continue.
What should I send for a wall mockup?+
A straight-on photo of the wall, approximate wall dimensions and, if possible, one or two wider photos showing the surrounding room. References for colours, furniture or photographs you already like are also useful.
Delivery & projects
Do you ship outside Toronto?+
Yes. Shipping can be arranged beyond Toronto. The cost depends on the finished size, material, destination and packaging requirements and is quoted separately.
Do you offer delivery and installation in the GTA?+
Yes. Local delivery and installation can be included for Toronto and Greater Toronto Area projects where appropriate.
How long does production take?+
Production time varies by print finish, size, framing requirements and current production schedules. I will confirm the expected timing before the order is placed.
Can you work with interior designers or commercial projects?+
Yes. I can support residential, workplace, hospitality, healthcare and other interior projects with artwork selection, scale, mockups, custom sizing, framing and coordinated local installation.
Can I use more than one photograph in a space?+
Yes. I can help build pairs, triptychs, gallery arrangements or multi-room collections that feel coherent in scale, subject and colour.
Will the print look exactly like it does on my screen?+
The image is prepared carefully for print, but every display and physical material renders colour and contrast differently. The chosen finish and the lighting in the room also affect how the final piece is experienced.
